Save the Date! Garrett County Artist Studio Tour

It’s hard to think about summer, but it will be here before we know it.

Save the Date!

Please save the date for the weekend of July 22nd and 23rd, 2023, for the annual Garrett County Artist Studio Tour. The Studio Tour allows you to meet and greet with the talented artists in and around Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County in their studios.

One of my favorite events of the year, my studio will be open and ready with new art.

Below is a sneak peek at an untitled piece that might be on view, provided it does not find a new home beforehand.

Stay tuned to this website and my social media for more details over the coming months.

You can follow me on Facebook here.

Or, better yet, sign up for my email newsletter to receive a personal invitation!

New Exhibition at Garrett College Performing Arts Center

My work is now on exhibition at the new Performing Arts Center at Garrett College. This show includes many large pieces and will remain until March 2023.

Artist Meet and Greet on Sunday November 20th

This Sunday, I’ll be on hand for a reception immediately following the 2:00 pm River City Brass Performance from 4:00 – 5:00 pm.

If you can’t make it to the Center in person, you can view the work here.

Thank you to the Garrett County Arts Council for coordinating this event.

Pictured above is Hazelhurst View, one of the pieces included in the show.

Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who stopped out for the Studio Tour this past weekend! It’s always great to see you and I appreciate the support.

If you weren’t able to stop by, and would like to visit, I’d be happy for you to do that. Please call or email to schedule a time.

Studio Tour Weekend – July 23 & 24

The 2022 Garrett County Artist Studio Tour is a week from today – the weekend of July 23 and 24th.

Visit me at my studio, open from 11 am to 5 pm on both days.  The tour book uses handy QR codes to help you navigate from stop to stop.

Please stop by to see new art and say hello. I look forward to seeing you!

If you’re unable to make next weekend’s event, but would like to check out the new art, I’d be happy to set up another viewing time for you. You can contact me here.

Below is my profile page in the tour book, along with the QR code. Thank you to curlyred for designing the brochure for The Council.

Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who stopped out during the Garrett County Arts Council Artist Studio Tour! It was great to open the studio up again to the public. Whether you came to browse or purchase art, it was great to see you all.
We sold work that hadn’t even made it to the website yet, which is always a good thing. Below is By the Mark, which found its way to a new home.
